Refund & Replacement Policy

 

We put a great deal of heart into hand-crafting every piece. Because our items are created in small, intentional batches, each order is truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason, all sales are final - aside from the specific exceptions listed below.

Eligibility

  • If your item shows up with damage or develops a material issue within 30 days, we’ll happily send you a replacement.
  • If your item is damaged but out of stock, we’ll make it right with a store credit or replacement when available.
  • Heads up: accidents caused by user mishaps aren’t covered under this policy.

How to File a Claim

  • For items damaged during delivery, please reach out via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • For material issues, claims can be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Don’t forget to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help quickly.

Processing Time

  • Approved replacements are sent out within 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday, holidays excluded).
  • Store credits or refunds are issued within 5 business days once approved.
  • Returns aren’t needed unless we specifically ask for one.
