2. What materials do you use for your 3D-printed products?

We use high-quality, non-toxic PLA (polylactic acid) – a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources like cornstarch. It's safe, durable, and perfect for toys, keychains, and moving animals.

3. Are your products safe for children?

Yes! All our toys and fidgets are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials. However, we recommend adult supervision for young children under 3 years old, as some small parts may pose a choking hazard.

4. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Each item is printed just for you. Production usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days for domestic and 10–14 business days for international.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Absolutely. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll help with a return or exchange.

7. How do I clean or care for my 3D-printed toy?

Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals. Keep away from high heat (like leaving it in a hot car), as PLA can soften in extreme temperatures.

8. Are your products made to order or pre-made?

Every item is made to order, fresh from our printers. This means less waste and more love in every piece you receive.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Fidgelitz ships worldwide. International shipping times usually take 10–14 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
